    July Sales in Review :: 30A Beaches


    425 Coopersmith Lane | Sold at $4.2 Million

    July remained steady for 30A residential real estate sales with 89 homes and condos closed and 91 new contracts. Overall, a Gulf front property in Seaside with a cottage and three total homesites was the highest priced single family home to close at $6.8 million while the highest priced condo sold at $3.9 million in the Gulf front development Thirty One in Seagrove Beach.

    Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed nearly $32 million in sales volume with 35 transactions sides in the 30A Beaches market while earning nearly $39 million in overall sales volume across all markets.
