June proved to be a hot month for 30A residential real estate sales with 112 homes and condos closed and 90 new contracts.
Overall, a Gulf front property in Inlet Beach was the highest priced single family home to close at $5.2 million while the highest priced condo sold at $3.3 million in the Gulf front development Thirty One in Seagrove Beach.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market with nearly $33 million in sales volume and 31.5 transactions sides while earning nearly $57 million in overall sales volume across all markets.
