New Year = Must-Experience January Events on the Emerald Coast

Benefiting the Feline Friends of Destin, the 4th Annual Back Porch Jetty Run is an out-and-back race with a course that follows the beautiful white sand shore of Destin. The race will begin and end at the historic Back Porch. The race route is 5.88 miles to the jetties and back.

Produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County and Russell Carter Artist Management, the 30A Songwriters Festival is in its 14^th year of celebrating “hooks, lines and singers” in South Walton over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. Headliners include Lyle Lovett, the Gin Blossoms, and more!

New for 2023, the Pink Walk Benefiting Fore Her will feature a timed 5K race in addition to the Survior Stroll and Annual Walk. The community is invited to walk or run with friends and family, wear pink, and have fun while raising funds for breast cancer patients in financial need.
