Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed the highest priced single family home at $8.995 million in Seagrove while the highest priced condo sold at $2.8 million in Thirty One, a condominium development also in Seagrove.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida boasted nearly $31 million in sales volume with 29 transactions sides in the 30A Beaches market while earning over $35 million in overall sales volume across all markets.
